These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, content, tools, and coaching, assessment, and consultation services provided by LEOIVF (“LEOIVF”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Description of the Services

LEOIVF provides, among other things:

• Fertility and IVF readiness assessments based on information you provide;
• Personalized coaching, lifestyle, nutrition, and preparation guidance;
• Education, courses, and tools related to the IVF journey;
• Consultations and ongoing support during your treatment cycle.

The specific features available to you depend on the plan you purchase. We may modify, add, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Not Medical Advice

All content, assessments, recommendations, and communications from LEOIVF are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and must not be relied upon as such. You should always consult your own physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any medication, supplement, or treatment. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals and couples exploring or undergoing fertility treatment. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may decline to provide Services where prohibited by applicable law.

5. User Accounts and Member Login

To access certain features you must create an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@leoivf.com of any unauthorized use.

6. Orders, Fees, and Payment

Prices for plans are listed on our website and are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan and any applicable taxes. Fees are subject to change with notice; changes do not affect plans already purchased.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a service period has begun. Where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law, we will process it in accordance with that law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, and software we provide are owned by LEOIVF or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of the information you submit, and grant us a limited license to use it to provide the Services.

9. User Responsibilities and Content

You agree not to: (a) provide false or misleading information; (b) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Services; or (d) share account access in a way that violates these Terms. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the health and personal information you provide.

10. Disclaimers of Warranty

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your expectations, that any outcome (including pregnancy) will result, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEOIVF and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LEOIVF and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate or link to third-party tools, laboratories, pharmacies, or payment processors. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if continued provision is unlawful or impractical. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts located in Delaware, except where consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
